WHAT IS RAGE?
A safe space for women to release emotions more commonly frowned upon such as rage, anger, grief, fear and stress.
WHO AM I?
I have worked as a herbalist, nutrition coach & personal trainer for the last 15 years, specialising in pain & emotional trauma.
Throughout this time I have noticed a fundamental gap in the wellness world - there is no designated safe space for heavier emotional release.
How can one heal as a whole when one is not allowed to feel as a whole?
So I created RAGE.
A place for women to come together and release the emotions we are often shamed and invalidated about.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
Yes, this is about rage;
but there is a whole lot of laughter, banter & sisterhood that goes on also.
We come together and share briefly in circle before putting on a bombass playlist and cutting loose.
You can roar, you can cry, you can scream, but you can also dance and jump around and get silly & feral.
There are no rules and most importantly - no judgement.
This is a gathering for honest emotional release and authentic connection.
